Según un comunicado emitido por Bwin en el día de hoy, se han iniciado conversaciones preliminares con Sportingbet(Miapuesta)  para la adquisición de la totalidad de las acciones emitidas de éste último. Lo que podría llevar a que Bwin lance una oferta de compra en firme.

The Board of Bwin Interactive Entertainment AG has noted the recent press speculation and confirms that it is in very preliminary discussions with Sportingbet plc for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Sportingbet plc which may or may not lead to an offer.
